3D Printing
Augusta County Library provides 3D printing to encourage creativity, learning, and exploration of STEAM activities and education. The library’s Prusa i3 3D printer uses uploaded digital files to create three-dimensional objects from plastic filament, operated by trained library staff only.
To get started, you’ll need:
A valid Valley Libraries library card
A file in .stl or .obj format
Staff approval before printing begins
Submit your file in person at any Augusta County Library location or email it to ask@augustacountylibrary.org. Need a model? Browse free designs at Thingiverse, Pinshape, YouMagine, Shapeways, or 123D App.
